We can only recommend the apartments. We found it by chance on booking.com and don't understand how it could be vacant - it is perfect, spacious, luxurious, in a wonderful location in Rauris that is not as touristy as others, making it a quiet place for a family holiday. The apartments are in their first summer season this year, after their first winter season. We didn't find a single fault with the apartments. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, including courtesy from the owners (homemade marmalade and bread). About the apartment facilities: The kitchen is really well equipped (all dishes, cutlery, different types of glasses, but also hand whisk, oven, dishwasher, two coffee machines - one for capsules, the other for drip coffee), toaster, kettle. The whole apartment is in a beautiful simple and modern style, everything is absolutely functional. There is also a sauna, which you will enjoy especially on cold or winter days. From the bedrooms on the ground floor you can go straight to the small garden or sit on the armchairs; from the main, living area of the apartment you have access to the seating on the balcony. The hosts are very nice, helpful, communicated with us via whatsup immediately after booking and were in touch throughout our stay (when we needed to know anything). If you want, they will also give you tips on excursions, program and restaurants in the area. So on behalf of our family - full points and higly recommended. We know we will come back here again.

Very friendly hosts, warmhearted and ready to take the extra mile. Great location, couple of minutes from the cable-car. Our child helped feed the animals (pony, ducks, chicken, rabbits, sheep ...), which was worth the trip by itself.

The house is just marvelous, with 3 floors, large and very nice decorated living room, Sauna, bedroom and game room in the basement, and 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Location is good - near to several sleigh or ski slopes. A fireplace in the living room to create a perfect winter experience and grill in the back yard for those who like have their steak well done :). We would definitely come back here ! Just perfect. Great apartment with wonderful views, very comfortable, with everything you might need for your stay. Ski depot as well as shoe warmer available, should you need it in winter time. Keys were handed down by the owner, very friendly family, explained everything what we needed. Ideal location for skiing as well as summer hiking. Summer operating lift to the top of the mountains in walking distance.
