It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine. If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. Hotel is in an excellent location for walking biking and exploring the area we went in July 24 , our room was very clean and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Bernadette on reception is outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful. Area very child friendly.

I had an accident away from the hotel which resulted in a broken finger. The staff were incredibly helpful helping me to contact my insurance company and organising a taxi to the hospital. I had to stay an extra night. They gave me a discount.
