The room had some lovely extras (an essential oil diffusor, a kettle, a small balcony facing the mountains), the property is clean and well maintained and breakfast was tasty. Having an excellent restaurant next door which is open on a Sunday evening is a big bonus. We have absolutely nothing bad to say and would be happy to stay here again!

This hotel was our favorite stay on our recent vacation. It exceeded our expectations exponentially. The proprietors are so incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The facilities themselves are absolutely beautiful and exquisitely planned. I understand that the hotel was renovated during the pandemic and every single detail was so carefully considered. The storage in the room is perfect, the bathroom is well designed, the room had ample natural light and ventilation as well as lighting for nighttime hours, the bed and bedding was incredibly comfortable, everything was so clean, and the balcony was such a perfect place to take in the lovely gardens and mountain views. The breakfast was incredibly well done with such genuine hospitality. We happened to choose a stay in Sillian just because Booking.com suggested it as a place in proximity to one of our destinations for hiking. Instead, we fell in love with the town and this hotel. We met some local residents at a pizza restaurant and fell into comfortable conversation. They recommended a truly outstanding hike for the next day, and now we have a new favorite place in Europe. Now instead of a waypoint, Sillian will be a destination when we visit Austria. Thank you for a truly exceptional stay.

Apartments Dolomit-Royal is located on the outskirts of Sillian in East Tyrol’s Puster Valley, 1 km from the Hochpustertal Ski Area. Some apartments come with a private sauna. A free ski bus stops 150 metres away.

Great hotel with a lot of attention for their guests (young and old). Perfect service, friendly personnel. Very clean hotel and rooms. A lot of facilities for all ages. Nice swimming pools and the breakfast, lunch and dinner are a big positive surprise. The buffets are made with a very high standard. very tasty and big choice for all. Some local specialties are included. Also for kids this hotel is great. A lot of activities and special foods are available for them. Also the location is great, just 10 minutes from the Italian border. Beautiful located between the mountains and guests from the hotel can use 5 "cable-trains" for free. We will come back for sure!
