A ski bus stops on site and cross-country skiing trails are within 400 metres. Guests can reach a supermarket within 3 minutes on foot and park their car right in front of the property. Shuttle services from the train station Schwarzach can be requested.

Several winter hiking trails and the cross-country ski run start right at the doorstep. An ice rink and an illuminated toboggan run are only 5 minutes away from Verwöhnhotel Sonnhof.

Everything was just perfect! Hotel is very freshly renovated, and is managed by a high-class Austrian chef and hotelier, who runs the property with love, which can be felt in every detail. Ideal location (20-40 mins car drive) in the middle of a number of famous ski resorts - Kaprun/Zell-am-See, Obertauern, Flachau-Wagrain. Just one advice/wish for future - the water temperature in the outside pool could have been just a little bit higher than just 30C, which felt a little bit chilly to stay there for long. Otherwise, the wellness area is quite spacious, comfortable and well-equiped.

First - very friendly personal, everywhere - registration, restaurant. Rather spacious room, all furniture is new. Parking lot on the backside of the hotel, good sauna with a tea corner. Breakfast is exceptional, and you could get fried eggs prepared according your order. We stayed here for 5 days.
