Great brand new hotel! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. The owners were really helpful and nice! The view from our room was amazing. It was great to be able to sit on the terrace and admire the view. Also the touristic card given by the hotel allows to get a lot of things for free in the area. It is a big plus.

The village of Ötz is 6 km away and the Aquadome spa in Längenfeld is 15 km away. Free private parking is possible on site. In winter, a free ski bus is offered to guests. The Ötztal-Ferienwohnungen are an ideal base for mountain biking and hiking trips.

And the property had a welcoming deck that looked across the Oetztal Valley. And while we were enjoying an afternoon beer on the deck. We saw a juvenile eagle both afternoons of our stay.

This is a separated 2 bedroom house close to the nature; if you like quiet environments, self catering and being on your own while on vacation, then this is a good choice. It is conveniently situated close to the road to Solden, Ischgl, Fiss, etc. We actually did all of them plus Obergurgl and St. Anton in our 6 days staying there; all under 1h of driving from the location. The house is a wood cabin with an 80s vibe that is not missing anything to make you feel comfortable. It has a large living room and space for 6 people plus a garage where you can store your ski gear. It is clean and comfortable too so a lot to enjoy.
