The staff in the hotel is exceptional. Melanie at the reception welcomed us and she was very helpful, very positive and made us feel really special. A nice prosecco welcome drink was amazing! Clean room, comfy bed, very good breakfast - really liked the different kinds of bread and the portion of nuts, communication with the host was really smooth and the location was close to the kids park, the restaurants or the bus station. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We were here for a week with our baby and felt at home right away. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right at the piste and easy to reach by car during the summer. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and cozy. The view of the mountains is amazing. The saunas are really nice and clean and it was great to swim in the pool afterwards. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding! The suite was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend everyone to come here. Hope to come back some day!
