Very nice and quiet accommodation. Our apartment was very modern, beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and large and comfortable beds! The accommodation is very close to the Phyrn-Priel motorway, a perfect base if you want to ski at Wurzeralm or Hinterstoder! It is also very close to the beautiful town Windischgarsten, there you will find plenty of choices for dinner.

Very smooth experience. The property is very well equiped and designed. The owners pay attention to details, even some technical gadgets (speaker system in the bathroom :-)). Lovely friendly cat will guard outside during your stay.

A perfect place to stay for a perfect holiday. A cozy two-bedroom apartment, luxuriously equipped with all you need. Breath taking view of surrounding mountains. Excellent location, between two family-friendly ski resorts Hinterstoder and Wurzealm. Everything was perfect, I would especially like to compliment the host, she gave us a warm welcome, she did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. One day it was not suitable for skiing, she gave us advice for a pleasant walk around a lake and a superb location for sledding. Our short stay was relaxing, definitely coming back in the summer to swim in the pool and surrounding lakes, take hikes and cycle. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Johanna is wonderful host. The apartment is very comfortable. Our son loved to spend time with the animals on the farm (cats, kittens, cows,...). Beautiful hiking trips are very close and we also got the card for which we could use the cable cars in the area for free.

The host was very friendly and helpful. It’s basically a house on a small family farm where they have cows, pigs and the ducks. However it’s very clean and quiet and we enjoyed a pastoral view and surrounding nature at it’s best. There is a village at 8 min drive, where a supermarket and the gas station are located. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped, so you can cook just like you do in your home. We mainly came for the hiking and there are plenty of beautiful trail of all difficulties in the area.

Great location just 15 minutes by car to the ski lifts, even though it is next to a main street, it was calm and quiet with views of the mountains. Fully equipped. Owners were super nice and helpful. The whole farm is an amazing place for kids, you can visit sheep, play with rabbits and cats and if you get lucky, see little chickens.
