Very nice apartment, fully equipped with quality furniture and kitchen equipment plus kitchen ware. Location is very good, about 50 meters from the slopes and about 100 meters from the ski lift. The view from the windows and the balcony is amazing, we could see the village and the mountains. Car park for two cars is also available!

Located at the end of the small road, in very quiet area…yet, it is close enough to the main attractions (if you ski, in winter time, you can reach the Kaiserburgbahn Talstation in 5 minutes. If you don't like skiing, 5 minutes to therme Römerbad, excellent place to relax and enjoy). Plenty of other attractions in a short ride away (e.g. Ossiachersee 30mins, Wörthersee 45mins, Villach 40minutes...) If you don't feel like going anywhere, magnificent view from the living room will take your breath away. House is well equipped, full kitchen, including dishwasher and coffee machine. There is no fence at the terrace, that gives you uninterrupted view, but you should be careful if you have a toddler around, falling off could be dangerous as it is very steep terrain.
