The breakfast where you don't know what to choose, the approach the staff has towards you, the personal touch of the chef who prepares perfect scrambled eggs for you in the morning, to chocolate milk and waffles for the youngest. Everything was perfect- the apartment was large enough and had all the details that one might need, even those one might not need 😁(scale), beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we even got a free upgrade from the Boss herself. She explained all we needed to know and patiently answered all questions and was interested every time she saw us. Staff is very polite, helpful and attentive so guests feel comfortable. Staff is interested so all your needs and wishes are met. Breakfast is amazing with fresh juice, organic eggs, homemade yogurt etc. Everyone can find what suits him/her. Since the hotel is situated about 250m from the slopes, hotel has their own driver who brings you to lifts and picks you up. We did not wait longer than 5 min.. We even ordered a massage and it was one of the best once we ever had. Very professional and helpful especially after skiing. Wellness-has two saunas, everything clean and well maintained and we were there practically alone. For sure I could recommend and would come back.
