The location is excellent, close to Langenfeld and Aqua dome (10-15 min walk). With summer card (guest card) the buses and cable cars are free in the entire Otztal valley, discount to Aqua Dome. Tourist information provides maps for hiking and biking. Many restaurants, 2 grocery stores. Excellent breakfast in a really authentic ambience. Must have :)
N.B. The small double room is very clean, but doesn't have a balcony, nor terrace, nor fridge.

Very clean, Stefan is very friendly. Was a good place for a stop over. Kitchen had everything. Beds are very comfortabel.
