We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It’s clear that the owner truly cares about her guests and the experience they have. Relatively small hotel which makes it very cozy. Superb facilities (a REAL wellness). Owners Gabby & Heinz do their very best to give this place a personal touch. Heinz even took us on an early bird ski trip around Kaltenbach. Lovely staff; they do their very best to serve you all day round with a big smile.

Excellent service, great breakfast, very nice room and other facilities. Isabella at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The property itself is very nice, the heated pool is a must to experience.

The hotel is in a good location and the bus station (Alpbach Böglerhof) is only a 3-minute walk away. Chiefs Sophie and Gitti are very kind and considerate. Breakfast is nutritious, delicious and exquisite. They also suggest me to take some foods for lunch. Sophie gives me a list of excursion destinations in bad weather, which is very helpful me for to plan excursions according to the weather. When I want to extend my stay, they arrange a nice apartment with a garden for me. I spent several days hiking around Alpbach and the landscape in Alpbachtal is beautiful and unforgettable.
