Beautiful stand alone apartment built to exacting standards. All the facilities were excellent. it was in a very quiet area in a superb close to Lienz. Rosemarie was a wonderful host and went out of her way to make sure everything was fine. We are already planning a return for a longer stay. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Really friendly hosts, who provided fresh milk every day from their own cows! 🥛🐄 Great location, just outside the main town of Lienz, which has a fantastic rodelbahn. Parking available. There are lots of walks possible from the apartment itself and nearby. Good shower, comfortable beds (although pillows were a bit soft). WiFi worked well. Fridge/freezer and oven all ok. Amazing views from the apartment balcony itself - beautiful.

The peaceful village of Amlach makes a perfect escape compared to traditional hotels. the view from the balcony is beautiful and serene. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Her delicious homemade breakfast was nicely laid out with good variety. The rooms are large and comfortable. it is a great location to explore the area from.

The historic centre of Lienz and the Lienz Train Station are 1.5 km away. A bus stop is located right in front of Brauhaus Falkenstein. The Hochstein Ski Area and the Lavant Golf Course are just a 5-minute drive away.
Slovakia
The location is excellent, right on the road leading to wonderful mountain passes. An ideal place to stay for motorcycle riders. Right on the parking place is a small "bar" with great beer :-).
Lienz (Near Leisach)

We've booked half pension. Both dinner and breakfast were very nice. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was genuinely Tyrolian.
