Elsenhof is a perfect place for relax and skiing. Hildegard(the owner) is really helpfull and wonderful person - always ready to help. She guide us quite well for closest skiing resorts St Jacob and Matrei-Kals. We found both places super, with wide well prepared pistes. Some of the 6 seaters were with heating as well.All three appartments are very good equipped with nice pillows and matresses. Generally we stayed at the house during evening time only, however if you like to visit Elsenhof you definitely need a car. The road is quite narrow, but we catch a good weather and it was clear of snow and ice. We really like Elsenhof and one day we will return back for sure. Thanks a lot Hildegard!

The St. Jakob and Großglockner Resort Ski Areas are only a few kilometres away from Spa Hotel Zedern Klang and can be reached with a free hotel shuttle. The Hohe Tauern National Park in the vicinity offers many hiking and mountain biking trails.

A free ski bus can be found 300 metres from the Plonerhof, taking guests to Brunnalm cable car station. There is also a free ski bus to the ski regions of Grossglockner Mountain – Kals and Matrei. A ski storage room is available for guests.

Perfect stay in Gasthaus Post. It has great location, just in front of road to Kals. There is also gas station just around it. The room was really spacious. A lot of place to cook, sleep and leave stuff. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, parking just around the guesthouse. You can also use restaurant for delicious food and drinks. Very nice hosts, I had a longer chat about the country, it was very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. I really recommend.
