We needed to call the host to meet us with the key and she was very prompt to meet us at the facility. The host had coffee and cream available which was very nice to have on hand. The host let us know when the grocery store would be closed so we could make sure to be there when it was open.

This place is absolutely fantastic! It's in the middle of the woods, in a wonderful location in the nature. It is an absolutely must, and we (4 adults) and our dog loved this place!
