The place is clean, spacy; the hosts are helpful and nice. Simply, not a bad word about that. The splendid view outside the window. One particular issue is worth underlining: you have several top-notch ski resorts within 30-45 mins. of driving. It is mostly due to the convenient highway which is located just several kilometres away. But you never hear it in the location because it is well secluded by hilltops. What is more, you have your car under the roof what helps in the morning :).

Wonderful location in the mountains. We loved that we could walk from the house for miles on a very small road. They stocked a refrigerator in a garden shed which was available to guests for a very small fee. Kitchen was small but very adequate. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing views of the Hochkoenig from the breakfast room and bedrooms of the house, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property is really spacious and comfortable and is very well designed and equipped. The location is extremely idyllic but a variety of different ski resorts are within easy reach by car. We stayed as a group of four adults and four children with different age ranges (6 to 17) and all had a fantastic time. We would love to stay here again!
