We couldn’t have stayed in a more central hotel during our first trip to Andorra. We arrived, got ready and went straight out into a busy shopping district. The location is great, 15-20 min on foot to downtown Andorra la Vella. The covered garage is just downstairs - just be attentive to traffic as you back out. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided valuable tips. They even prepared a protective sofa blanket and food+water bowls for our dog! Our room with terrace was overlooking the river - which provides a soothing background noise (not at all audible if you're so inclined, thanks to the good soundproof double glazed windows).

Very good location within walking distance to all major tourist sites, and only 400 meters from the bus terminal which is very helpful to us because we take a bus from Barcelona. Many restaurants and eateries nearby. Very spacious room and sparklingly clean, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Well, we love this place!

This hotel is all and more than I expected. Beautifully located with views across the main city to the mountains. The room was exceptionally well prepared. Great comfy bed...beautiful bathroom and lighting was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very helpful with excellent English which makes it easier for us. We used roo service for dinner..such amazing food provided.

The location was perfect nearby shops and restaurants. Sound proofing was excellent. Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.

Collecting the property keys reminds on an escape room game... maybe not easy for everyone, but for sure a lot of fun! Very good instructions though, host even recorded videos and sent it upfront. This way guest has full flexibility in arrival time. Garage close to apartment, like in this case, is a must-have in Andorra, finding a parking lot outside is not easy if not impossible. Place is absolutely good, bed and sofa are comfortable and give good rest.
