Beautiful hotel, reception is very welcoming and smells lovely.
The rooms are clean, modern and I thought the welcome screen on the TV with my name on was a nice touch.
Bed was very comfy, free water in the room was a bonus as we arrived late.
Shower was brilliant, and a nice temperature.

The hotel is 3.2 km from Las Olas Boulevard entertainment district. The staff went out of their way to help out with any little issue. They were all fabulous!

Hotel is immediately to the left as you exit the Tri Rail (Sheraton station) and there is a pedestrian crossing to cross the very busy road. Train runs every hour during work hours, not so for evenings and weekends. Very affordable, train takes you right to Miami airport. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Last night we stayed at Sheraton hotel and it was amazing experience. We would like to thank to amazing stuff especially Monique, Jeremiah and Mayelin. They were all very helpful and sweet. The biggest surprise was we have been chosen to be the guests of the day so we had free snack bar and breakfast. It was amazing at it really made our day after 11 hour flight. So thank you guys. You are the best! Please manager give them special bonus :)
Our trip to Miami was a disaster! But upon arrival Shanicka really listened to us and provided extraordinary service and was empathetic to our situation. I am a converted... I will definitely make Sheraton my home away from home forever!

Very Clean and awesome Staff. House cleaning was excellent although some did not speak English. Front desk manager Jasmine has impeccable customer service. She goes above and beyond and is so pleasant. She is exceptional and great asset to The Sheraton and hospitality industry.
the big problem is that when you see a Sheraton for 300 usd/night, your expectations are that you have a minimal confort. the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for late night people, I had to as order a delivery.
A basic Sheraton but it did the job. The staff were very kind & helpful when I left my iPad in my room, drove to Tampa then drove back to get it once I realised after a day or two, Kudos for that.
Sheraton has always been a choice of hotel for me the staff are nice the area is ideal and the property with its new upgrades are definitely a plus will be returning soon.
My stay at Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek was exceptional. They have recently made renovations/ upgrades to rooms which was an added bonus.
This place has been around all my life and with renovations and some add ins The Sheraton suites will always be the most awesome place to stay. It’s so beautiful!
