The hotel is 3.2 km from Las Olas Boulevard entertainment district. The staff went out of their way to help out with any little issue. They were all fabulous!

When traveling for work or holiday and have a overnight connection in Miami, I usually stay at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel. The shuttle service is always good and goes every 15 minutes.. Also the restaurant is open till late so you can grab a bite on arrival. I noted the renewal of the rooms. Verry nice. Do not eat breakfast there as flights leaf early and have to be at the airport early.
I specifically asked if I can use debit card for the booking, after I got the confirmation. I updated the card on the app, hotel cancelled my booking last minute because the card was declined and I already started 18 hour journey. I had to make last minute booking with Sheraton, very unprofessional .
We were granted the preferred guest floor on # 10 the first night in our travels between our home in the Virgin Islands and were very thankful for that. Our return from Central America overnight stay was equally as good before our return Home to St. John. We usually stay at Hyatt but from our trip last year opted for this particular Sheraton and enjoyed it enough to book twice for this last vacation.
We rushed there because our previous hotel was dirty to the point we started itching. Sheraton was super clean and convenient. lots of stores walking distance
Everything was and is OK. We, I and my wife Paula, have been about 5-6 times guests in Sheraton Airport. And we love to be here.
I loved that when you walked in it smelled amazing. I loved the water fountain inside. My room was incredible and quiet. The location was great for being around restaurants. I also loved the provided oakwood shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. It smelled amazing. I didn't expect it to be so fancy, but I absolutely loved it. I will never stay at another hotel anywhere else and I'll definitely be back at the Sheraton.
The lobby was nice. Beds lumpy and not even sure linen was clean. Tv didn't work (not only us) and when we called down the staff (1) person didn't answer or put us on hold. Never resolved the TV problem. Even went down to talk to him. Restaurant was closed due to sick employee, so we had to walk across an 8 lane hwy at night. Breakfast was yuck. This place was understaffed. A light shone in our room all night from outside. It sure wasn't what I expected from a "Sheraton"
It fully met my expectations for a Sheraton near an airport
Let me start off by saying that Sheraton Suites really out did themselves with the new renovation. It was so beautiful and the parking garage was a great addition. The entrance was so inviting and the lobby was well put together. The staff was so wonderful. The room exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be booking again
