I loved everything A female staff was rude over a scoop of icecream. Asides that i will be back for sure.

You can expect free WiFi in the public areas and free parking space offered by the hotel. It was located right next to the concert hall where I was performing so it was very convenient. The staff were attentive and the food at all outlets were great. I ate at the Chinese restaurant and the char siew was exceptional. We had Omakase and the staff were very accomodating for our late night dining and dietary restrictions.

Five minutes walk to Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center while 10 minutes’ walk to Futian High-speed Railway Station, from which only takes 15minutes' to Kong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station. Futian Checkpoints, 2 subway station from Convention Center Metro Station , where hotel locates, while Huanggang Checkpoint and Luohu Checkpoint are both within a 15-minute drive away. The room was very big and comfortable, and enough room for 3 people to sleep. We got a free extra bed upon request, courtesy to the hotel staff. The gym, pool, club facilities were great. I liked the buffet breakfast too.

We had a wonderful suite overlooking the city, with Lounge access. The food and drinks, as well as the service, were excellent at the Lounge. It's a relaxing place where you can just enjoy and indulge. Overall a great value for money! The staff prepared a birthday cake for my husband, and everyone was super caring.
