Should I ever land in NYC again, this would be the only hotel I would consider, purely for the views on Manhattan! You just can't get enough of it and every day/night brings you a different but equally stunning perspective, depending on sun/clouds etc. The hotel itself is well kept, with polite and helpful staff running it. It is 10 mins journey (to NYC) on the bus and the bus stop is just outside (bus tip: on the way to NYC you can get a ticket from the driver however on the way back, you have to have your ticket purchased before you board the bus, you will not be allowed otherwise, $4 per head-one way). We found that the buses were never on time but they run roughly every 15 mins. Our room (for 3) was spacious and had all we needed for our stay! There is an Italian restaurant on site, serving pizza. We had our first breakfast there too and it was ok. There is a big supermarket 5 mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay.

OMG, we loved the stay. The best location ever. The room wasn't huge, but the size was more than sufficient for a week stay for 2 people. The staff absolutley great and helphul. First, we were offered a room on the 7th floor, next, luckily we coudl move to the one on the 21st floor with the most NY-ish view you could imagine. Great American breakfast. Myself, missing a simple sandwich in the morning, I still enjoyed an omlette, waffles, bagels... Good coffee. Comfortable eating area. the smoking lounge - very comfortable I would love to get back to this hotel one day.

Staff was super friendly, and since the hotel is located on a one-way street, our room was very quiet. We got a king-size bed and slept well.

The location was perfect, a short walk to Central Park and Times Square, and lots of restaurants nearby as well. We had breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby every morning which was the perfect way to start the day. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed.

Good location, a few minutes on foot to the subway and about 15 mins on foot to the Brooklyn Bridge, nice and clean surroundings of the Financial District, coffee at the lobby in the morning and lemon water all day long, tea/coffee maker in the room and ice machine on the second floor was handy
