Grocery store 100 m to the right, coffee and tram stop 100 m to the left. Important for me: the Main Bus St. 15 min walk. From there I got to Kherson and later to Cracow. Staircase and vicinity modest, but clean. Landlady nice, speaks English. Not with me, because I speak Russian. Terribly, but somehow they understand me.
