Food choices were simple, but good with not a very wide variety, but there is an abundance of restaurants all in walking distance if you feel the need for a variety. The pool and bar are amazing, and again the staff are so accommodating and friendly, as well as unintrusive.

The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. Felt very homey and unique! Nicest staff out of any hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Felt like one big happy family. The family dinner was amazing and so yummy.

Host Danny was really awesome, very accommodating including the staff. The location is a walking distance to Alona beach even for seniors. You will pass by McD and Jollibee and many other good local restaurants.

The apartment is allergy-free and soundproof. I only stayed here for 2 nights and mainly to do the Bohol Countryside Tour (tarsiers, chocolate hills etc), there are two tour agencies 1-2 minute walk which can help you with that. don’t book online in advance as it’s at least double the price! It is 5 minute walk to Alona beach and many restaurants nearby. It’s near McDonald’s which some tour companies use for pick up or drop off. The owner was so helpful in trying to get me transportation to the ferry to Oslob. There are dogs on the property but don’t worry - they don’t jump or shout even when you newly arrive! The rooms are cosy enough, air con works and hot water shower! Free drinking water.

The room was clean and cool with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast, just what I needed! The owners were happy to answer all my questions and gave me useful information about the area.
