Lovely, spacious studio with comfortable chairs and all the cooking conveniences we needed. Easy walk into downtown and near beautiful Queen’s Park. Easy and friendly check in.

At Annies on Milford every room is fitted with bed linen and towels. The unit was a lot bigger than we expected. It was also really clean and had all the facilities you would need. They also supply heated mattress which definitely was a huge bonus during the winter.

Great and friendly host - I was driving from Queenstown to Invercargill and arrived quite late around 10:30 pm. The friendly host called me around 10 pm to ensure I was all good and safe from the driving before arrival, and provided additional verbal instruction on how to get to the property. When I finally arrived, the host took the additional initiative to wait and show me around the property and facilities even though it was almost 11 pm - Certainly one of the best hosts I have ever experienced ^_^. On my departure on Friday morning, the host also took the initiative to check to see how was my stay, and we had some great chat afterward as well. The property is new, nice, and super clean, and I will definitely come back again.

It was excellent in just about every away including the hospitality of the owner. Highly recommend this

Not in the hubbub of Invercargill but we didn’t need it. Just visiting to see Bluff and Gemstone Beach really.
