Free private parking is available at the apartment. Breakfast was lovely, Yoghurt, milk, cereal, eggs. Quiet location, the apartment was warm and comfy. Good facilities.

Loved that they left a really nice basket of treats. They also had bicycles to borrow.

I like that the place is clean and neat. Its close to where I need to be and the owner is super helpful and friendly. It feels like a home away from home.

Had some bad luck as Cyclone Gabrielle hit right when we were staying here. Power was out, there was no cell reception and Napier was completely cut-off (there was no way in or out of the city). Greg and Wendy were extremely accommodating and gracious hosts, letting us stay at the apartment 2 days past our booking dates with no prior notice and providing us with a radio so we could stay informed. They were incredibly kind hosts during a very stressful period of our holiday! On top of that, having spent a lot of time in the apartment (as there was not much else to do during the power outage), it is a truly great place to stay. A very cosy apartment, tastefully decorated within the art deco theme Napier is known for and stocked with plenty of board games and other amenities to keep you entertained and to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, upon arrival we found that there was a spiced bread, jellies and butter waiting for us, which was a very nice touch. 100% would stay again!
