The staff was very gentle with us and our son. The guy by the pool was also adorable, always bringing toys to the kids, he's doing a great job there, I hope this is recognized! The sports room is also well equipped, everything you need to exercise a few times during your holidays (I would just remove the ambient spray that was quite strong and not needed, especially when you are exercising...)

Air conditioning is provided in June, July, August and September. Our 5 day vacation was wonderful! Employees are very very very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, ready to help and chat. Food - honestly, we have been living in the Canary Islands for 8 months now and we have never eaten better food anywhere. Clean and tidy rooms every day. The hotel and surroundings are also wonderful. We can't wait to come and rest in this oasis again :)

All bungalows at Doña Rosa have a living room with cable TV and a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. They also include a set of 2 reserved sun beds on the poolside terrace. Free WiFi is provided. Lovely helpful staff , very friendly and accommodating. Peaceful location, clean modern bungalows, good pool, close to beach. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would return. Lots of retired guests enjoying their vacation, very relaxing

The charm of the building and location made it a perfect spot for our four day visit. The proximity to the old town was icing on the cake!

It’s a hidden gem! Peaceful and well located to bars and a local air. The beds are comfy, it’s very clean and thought out. The host was extremely helpful to ship after I left behind my wallet. Highly recommend and would stay again!

He met us on arrival & explained everything in so much detail. The apartment was exactly as advertised, spacious, modern, perfect for all of our needs. So close to the beach and had all of the facilities you needed. Our host did everything to make our stay comfortable, gave us recommendations for food, areas to travel and booked us an airport taxi and accommodated us in every way we needed. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!
