The apartment was decorated with a lot of love, and a lot of thought went into what was needed by guests, from kitchen equipment through to towels and extras etc. The hosts were super lovely and helpful, even a later checkout was provided allowing us to enjoy the town for another half day. I highly recommend this place. Location and comfort were perfect. The property is safe, and there is even a private outside area to relax in.
All in all a great accommodation. Loved it to stay there. We booked one of the smaller rooms „Hans im Glück“, had a small kitchen and everything what we needed. Using the „Bodethal Therme“ was also inclusive! The surrounding area definitely was worth to explore.
The location was good. Only about 6 - 7 minutes walk to the central square of the Old Town. A bus to & from the railway station was a few minutes walk on a side street. The apartment was located in a lovely street on the edge of the Old Town. The kitchenette was reasonably well equipped.
Nice hotel with big spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable (twin room). We had a good night's sleep. Even though the kitchen was closed on Sunday evening, the receptionist was very helpful and ordered our dinner from a local pizzeria and delivered to the hotel. The food was excellent! We had our dog with us and there was a nice walk around in the grassy area so we feel confident to book again in the future.
An exceptional ground floor apartment in a fine building. The situation on a street off the main road was very quiet. The issue with access to the door key was quickly resolved by Stephanie. Very good shower. A bonus was the access to a shared washing machine in the basement. There was a large area for hanging clothes to dry. Small but adequate kitchen but no oven. The main train and bus stations were 30 mins walk, but the market place and the HSB station could be reached in a few minutes.
Marion and Rene were the perfect hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. There were so many little extras- champagne and water in the fridge, sweets, fresh flowers, an extensive array of toiletries and a very well equipped kitchen. Our hosta even erected an Australian flag over the pool. So thoughtful. And they pulled some strings to get us a booking at the restaurant we wanted to eat at. All perfect.
The location is amazing - 3 min to Dessau Center. Apartment has everything that you need for comfortable stay - kitchen supplies, towels and etc. The space itself is clean and cozy.
The owner was really nice and there was a really nice welcome and we got a lot of information about the city etc. We got bigger apartment than we have booked. There was a really big balcony and the kitchen. It was close to the city center. The breakfast was really nice and we had no problem with choosing something for ourselves.
Large, comfortable bed, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. Room #5 was in the attic (don't forget to duck!) with views to the castle. Staff were excellent and location in the Old Town. Very good value for the price paid.
