The 4-star By The Sea Resort is located in the centre of Port Douglas, next to Four Mile Beach and just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants along Macrossan Street. All apartments come with full kitchen facilities and many also have sea views. amazing location, super clean with everything you could ever possibly need!

All units at the campground come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchenette, a dining area and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, a shower and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a kettle. At the campground, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The holiday park was quiet and calm and the staff were really nice and helpful. The location was close to the greyhound bus stop and a grocery store. We didn't have a car so moving around Mission Beach was a little bit tricky but the holiday park offered bicycles for rent, which was great and allowed us to visit other parts of Mission Beach. Overall, really good stay and would definitely return.

Such a beautiful property with the most magnificent daintree rainforest views. All the amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and the pool were wonderful too. Short drive to all the beautiful attractions but nice to come back to your own place after and relax.

A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. This chalet is non-smoking and soundproof. Fantastic location, excellent facilities, great hosts. Really made our visit to the upper Daintree and surrounds quite special. The rainforest vegetation and wildlife (birds, turtles and fish) at the falls make this property extra special and a gateway to the region. Spa pool after a swim at the falls or day on the reef was awesome.
