At the aparthotel, all units are allergy-free and soundproof. I stayed here for a work conference. The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.
