Very new, just builded house, Very modern equipment. The location Is beautiful, quiet. During the night no outside light was coming. Evrything functional, aircondition , fridge, stove. The furniture on the porch for enjoying outside time. The host was nice and welcoming person.

We transited Arad on our way to Austria and had to stop somewhere for some rest. We booked Paul’s place very late at night and Paul has been responsive and sent us instructions on how to access the apartment in the middle of the night. The apartment is very nice and cozy, you have everything you need. Paul’s place has the best bathroom amenities, providing a package with a lot of stuff. My girlfriend really appreciated this as there were lots of useful things for ladies such as make up remover lotion and make up remover disks. We loved that Paul’s place has AC, it has been fantastic to have a good way to cool the room in a hot summer night. Totally recommend Paul’s place!

A big plus was the fact that we were able to park our car in the courtyard.
We enjoyed nice evenings sitting for hours outside in the beautiful patio.
For our next trip there we will for sure we will book again this location.

Quiet and cosy place, we chose it as a overnight stop of a longer trip. Spacious room with comfortable beds, next to a shared kitchenette with all kitchen facilities and a coffee machine. Spacious gated courtyard for the car.
