The place is an excellent farm-stay, run by a lovely and friendly family. Our 3 year old had a gala time, plucking apples and plums from the family orchard, playing with the dog and jumping on the trampoline. Our biggest regret is we didn't stay longer.
We had the last cabin, with a very green view, waking up to the call of the rooster.
It's about 10 minutes from the dam, by car. We saw wild bear on the drive to the dam.

We loved everything, the house is very comfortable, good location. Many games for our kids, river across the road and a very nice village. Reccomended for starting or ending the transfagarasan.

Very good location of this property, near the main street, the owners are very kind and helpful. The rooms look great, the living, kitchen as well. Very relaxing close to the mountains, and a river in front of the house. Many restaurants around.

Came with friends for a couple of days. We got to the hotel at night! We were met personally by the owner, he helped to park our cars. Then they prepared sandwiches for us, although the kitchen was no longer working! Clean room, delicious food, friendly staff! It felt like we were at home! Definitely recommend to everyone who visits Transfagarashan!
