I loved the location, it is in front of a farm where we can hear the sound of nature.
Excellent place to stay, the mattress was very comfortable. the apartment is very close to Seixal beach, but the best thing is to have a car to go shopping.
I loved the care they take with cleaning and the welcome wine.
Perfect.
I'll be back soon.

The property is in the very centre of this waterfront town and an easy walk around the place. Seixal is an ideal place to stay instead of Lisbon as it's only a short ferry ride across the river to downtown Lisbon. If you have a car you can leave it in Seixal and not have the hassle of driving and parking there.
Host Pedro is excellent with communication and happy to provide tips on where and what to see etc.
He is the most generous host we have encountered for the goodies he provides free to his guests.
12 assorted drinks ( beer water juice ) biscuits and chocolate.
If you like the idea of staying in an old building that has been done up then this is it
You may need to climb stairs but it was no problem for us oldies so for most it is no problem. Car parking for us no problem with only a short walk to the AL by the church.
Highly recommend.

Pedro is a responsible and caring person who maintains a clean and tidy house. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The location of the house is excellent, and you can use the church bell located across the street as a watch alarm from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, which chimes every 30 minutes. This ensures you will never be late for your appointments. :))
Wonderful accomodation! It is small, but has a nice layout. It has a nice atmosphere and is also very practical (all the things you might need in the kitchen, etc.). There is also a dehumidifier and a mobile heater - both great tools (particularly in winter time) and definitely above the standard for this price-range in Portugal. The contact with Carlos was also very efficient and he responsed very quickly. Thank you for a great stay!
Everything was perfect, just like on the pictures. And on top of that small things that many appartment owners forget about and which make your life easier: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, dish washing liquid and towels in the kitchen..
And the location is superb. Seixal may not be your first choice when you visit Portugal but this place is just a few minutes walk from ferry terminal, then 18 minutes ride and you are in the heart of Lisbon downtown.
The studio was cozy and the interior design very charming. It's located right opposite of the town's church and we had the impression of the town being alive outside our windows, with the locals meeting and exchanging on the plaza and the surrounding streets, but without it getting too noisy inside. Also, there were various snacks and drinks in the kitchen, including tea and coffee, which was a great plus.
