We liked everything. The facilities and interior of the boat were surprisingly one of the most comfortable places we stayed in many years of travelling. They sent us a message offering to leave our luggage at the reception before our check-in time, however, when we got there as the boat was ready, Pedro kindly let us check in about 3 hours earlier than the expected time. He also showed us around and explained all we needed to know about the accommodation and the area. The couple we met in the office/reception on the following day, I believe they are the owners, was very friendly and helpful too.
We loved the stunning surroundings and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, a very relaxing area for daytime walks and a lively night with a nice bar/ restaurant in the marina. Paid parking inside the marina but it was easy and safe to park for free in the area outside. It's close to a shopping centre, aquarium, cable cars, a nice park and a big supermarket. Nice views of one of the longest bridges in Europe, it's worth crossing it by car. We had a long trip visiting different places in Portugal and this boat was one of our best experiences, we would stay again and recommend it to friends.

The owner was very helpful and happy to take last minute late night booking. Also allowed me to check out late. The property was clean and cozy, the shower was hot, the kitchen well equipped. The room was nice and very clean and comfortable and the kitchen also and 5-10 minutes by taxi to the airport which was great for our early morning. There was a Chinese restaurant very close by that was nice.
The location was good in proximity to the airport, our flight was late in the evening and so we could only check-in around midnight, so the contactless check-in was very helpful.
We had the room with the private bathroom, but there were other rooms available that had shared facilities. The kitchen was shared, nice and clean, spacious.
Washers were available if needed.
We returned to the property on our final days of the Portugal trip. The place is close to the airport or Oriente station (costs less than 5 euros by Bolt). Less than 10 euros by Bolt to the Lisbon centre. The kitchen is well equiped. There are 2 balthrooms. The house is clean. Host is friendly and helpful.
We arrived very late but since the host lived literally next door that was not a problem. It's less than a 10 minutes taxi ride (Bolt cost us about 5 euros). It's also a short ride to Oriente station where you can pick every public transport you like. There's a bus stop in front of the house but I'm not sure if you can use the Lisbon public transport card since Sacavem is another municipality. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very friendly accomodating since we arrived close to midnight.
Easy key box check in at 9pm. Comfy bed and clean room. Kitchen facilities great and great breakfast items left for us to use including coffee pods, milk, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheese and ham. Great value for a one night stop after a tiring journey from South Africa.
