1. It was reasonably complete with the basic amenities (towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies..) 2. Owner promptly provided access to the facility and attended to my calls with water concerns.

Very nice and helpful host, who supported us in many ways. He even installed a small fence at the backdoor-stairway to the garden, to make it child-safe (we stayed there with a 1,5 years old child). We also liked the neighbourhood. Nice local people and all you need just around the corner (food, cafe, supermarkets, metro...). Thank you very much, we'll go there again!
