We had decided to celebrate our son Hélios' 32nd birthday on this sublime Flores island and had searched for a perfect rental for this occasion and stay.
José welcomed us with so much delicacy and genuine kindness. We were extremely touched and moved by all his little attentions, like offering us eggs from his own chickens and beautiful onions and eggs. Having our own chickens at home, we know that it is a treasure filled with love and priceless. We tasted his wine and kept the other gifts for our return home.
José thought with his heart to make the welcome of the tenants perfect and unforgettable. Tomorrow we will take the plane to Corvo where we will continue our connection to Nature and Mother Earth fill our hearts and minds with beauty... Thank you José, we will never forget your house and sweet village.

The house is fantastic. Bed and couch are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you might need and the shower is gorgeous. On top of that Suse was the most helpful person when my flight to Flores was canceled and I had to rearrange my whole trip and arrive later than planned. I have never experienced so much support from a host.
I would not stay anywhere else on Flores.

Vera and her husband Ricardo are really great hosts ready to help you with really anything you need; because we were undecided whether to rent a car or not we ended up finding no cars available on the island so her husband took us with the car and he drove us to all the attractions, he waited for us to do whatever hike or to swim into some waterfall.. he was very kind and spent the entire day with us.
Also Vera waited me with a cake as it was my birthdate, that was very very sweet.
In the apartment you ll find everything that you need, it is very well equipped and clean.
I really recommend this accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed one night longer than planned, which was no problem at all.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was shared with one other room and had a fully equipped kitchen.
I am glad I decided to spend some days on this beautiful island instead of just coming for a day trip!!
