We stayed in the kingsize room, very spacious, bed comfy, lovely spa bath, kitchen facilities good, decent sized fridge for our cold food. Able to do some washing without being charged, small fee to use dryer.

ALTHOUGH POSITIONED JUST OFF THE VERY BUSY STATE HIGHWAY IT IS SURPRISINGLY QUIET.DOUBLE GLAZING CERTAINLY HELPS. WE STAYED IN THE NEWER UNITS SITUATED AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY, PLENTY OF PARKING AND OVERLOOKING THE GARDEN WITH ACCESS FROM YOUR ROOM AND A TABLE AND CHAIRS.
COMFORTABLE BED, GOOD FACILITIES IN KITCHEN, WE WERE ABLE TO COOK MEALS WITH ENOUGH UTENSILS TO PRODUCE A DECENT MEAL.
