Location is in the country about 4ks from New Plymouth city. Chalets have balconies with comfortable chairs so you can sit and enjoy the views of the sea and sunset. Lovely and quiet very private with a car park right outside your chalet door. We chose a superior apartment for extra room. The living area was upstairs with an extra bathroom plus 2 sofas to lounge on. The bedroom was downstairs with a very luxurious bathroom with double handbasins and double shower heads in the large shower. Upon arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us.

Central location and good parking. Loved the fact that this is the old post office building repurposed into accommodation.

The suite was well presented, consisting of a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. we were provided 4 super comfortable beds, 1 king and 3 singles which was perfect for our 5-person family. Auto lodge staff were very accommodating considering the last-minute nature of our booking (unexpected) it was handy to all amenities which was great, as it was our first time in New Plymouth.
Loved the location, nature walks right next door, town at the end of the street. We were able to get to everything within 5 mins. The beds were comfy and fitted with electric blankets, shower pressure was good and the kitchen exceeded our expectations with a dishwasher, oven and cooktop. The whole family loved the indoor pool, spa, restaurant staff, and food.
