A lovely environment to relax and explore the Hawkes Bay. Quiet, very well equipped, comfortable beds, well located. The hosts have taken a lot of care to create an authentic art deco home. We appreciated the breakfast options they had provided, including fruit. Recommended.

The staff were helpful when we didn't have a remote for the TV and when they only gave us one breakfast when it was suppose to be two. They sorted the situation quickly and cheerfully.

Spacious for 2 people. Has everything you need in room including kitchenette. We came at 2pm and room wasn’t ready so staffs offered us free coffees at cafe which was really nice of them. Thank you and we would highly recommend our friends and family.
Very comfortable place to stay, the kitchen included everything to cook, the villa was big, clean and nice. The breakfast was tasty. Highly recommended for families with children.
The hosts were very nice and make great efforts to fulfill your needs. Everything was in a perfect shape and art deco style. A lot of different teas, cereals, fresh milk, fruits and other cool drinks for breakfast including fresh bread (german style!). The furnishing including the bathroom and kitchen was very harmonic in art deco style. Cute dog and a nice green garden, too!
This hostel owner was very kind and friendly and he gave me around the room tour after check-in at reception. The kitchen facilities were great and did provide for ingredients for cooking.
This property is absolutely amazing, I'd say it's one of the best I've stayed at anywhere. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we could have wanted. We were there as two families. There's a large, well equipped kitchen, a pool table, board games, smart TVs and an epic gym. The whole house was amazing and spacious. It's in a great neighbourhood with a great park, shops/cafes/restaurants and waterfront nearby. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Thank you!
