We felt very welcomed, what a lovely spot they have there. Everything is catered for with attention to detail. I was spoilt as I am gluten free and I was treated to home baking 🙂. The breakfast was really delicious and the icing on the cake was the music chosen especially for us when we sat down to eat. Thoroughly recommend 👌

The place was clean and comfortable. The setting was beautiful and private. It had everything we needed. Even a washing machine. We were late arriving and it was dark so the owners unlocked the house and turned on the lights and heaters for us. So it was nice and cozy when we arrived. We appreciated that so much. It was exceptionally clean. Both the bathroom and kitchen. The shower was amazing great water pressure and great heat.

The staff were above and beyond helpful. The rooms were perfect for what we needed - fully equipped with iron, ironing board, hanging space, desk, chairs, kitchenette. The pool was lovely, location was excellent.
This is a detached cottage roughly midway between Waihi, Waihi Beach and Katikati. Two large bedrooms, lounge containing kitchen area, bathroom, outside patio with lovely ocean view. Good facilities, the owners Noel & Janet were very friendly and helpful.
Hydrangea Cottage was a magical place to stay. It was so relaxing, so quiet, and very nicely decorated inside. I wanted to stay on the porch forever, gazing out at all the flowers and the bay in the distance. We couldn't go down to the water, but we ended up enjoying our time in the yard and did visit nearby Waihi Beach. Lots of luxurious details like nice towels and pillows, and a very cute kitchen that overlooks the garden. Hosts were wonderful and took the time to chat with us and help us with details about our trip.
Beautiful area, nice walks kids loved the pool area which has lovely shaded areas and BBQ, Kitchens with Fridges and ample space for Families to use, Dining area, TV room, Cabins were cozy and had lots of windows to get air in.

Really clean kitchen with all the essential items, clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. Steph & Stuart are awesome and the cooked breakfast was definitely one of the best we have had. Very peaceful and quiet place, we could only hear the birds chirping and that's about it. The oat cookies were also very delicious!!
I liked the privacy of the cabins while enjoying the facilities there such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and the playground. The thermal pools were great.
The serenity and tranquility of the place..yes it is a holiday park and people come and GO Yet...you dont get disturbed...the facilities are clean and tidy and everyday I've seen the staff clean the toilets and kitchen. The staff are just welcoming and approachable. They are well mannered and very kind answering every question I had upon booking.
