Perfect location. On the beach, quiet, yet only a short walk to cafes, restaurants. Lovely view - from the top floor balcony apartment, furthest from the beachfront. The angle of the units meant it still had magnificent sea and snowy mountain views. Nice comfortable unit, bright, making the most of the views. The (very quiet) primary school grounds next door mean the views of the mountains from the balcony apartments are unlikely to be built out.

The home has polished concrete floors, beautiful art work, a good sized well equipped kitchen. I can recommend having bbq on the deck where you can here the native birds singing in the trees.
Our dogs stayed with us here and they had plenty of room to run outside and enjoyed sleeping in front of the fire.
