Beautiful modern home with stunning views of the mountain ranges and the distant sea and Kaikoura township. The home has polished concrete floors, beautiful art work, a good sized well equipped kitchen. I can recommend having bbq on the deck where you can here the native birds singing in the trees. Our dogs stayed with us here and they had plenty of room to run outside and enjoyed sleeping in front of the fire.

What a fabulous stay, everything was perfect! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Tuti and Peter who are superb hosts. The villa was quiet, private, clean, spacious and very comfortable. All rooms are presented to a very high standard with a touch of luxury. This place has been thoughtfully setup, it had everything we needed for our stay and more we were very impressed! Loads of amenities, toiletry items, cooking supplies, variety of board games, books and DVDs, they truly have thought of everything! We were very fortunate with the weather during our stay as well, the view of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking and did not disappoint. Thank you Peter and Tuti for your lovely hospitality, for going above and beyond. We hope that we will be lucky enough to come back to your slice of paradise in the future.

This unique property was built mainly from recycled and re-purposed materials and offers 3 bedrooms. The downstairs area has 2 bedrooms, with 1 room consisting of a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds and a child's cot. The lounge area has plenty of seating and 2 of the sofas can be converted into a double and a single sofa bed if needed. There is a wall-mounted TV with various streaming services available, Bluetooth speaker, piano, laundry with washing machine and products, dryer, and a bathroom. Upstairs is an open plan studio/loft style with a King bed and an extra loungeroom seating area with a lounge that can convert into a queen bed, if needed. There is also a dining area seats 6 and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster, a coffee machine that makes café quality, kettle, cookware, and a fridge stocked with sauces, condiments, and breakfast items. All bedrooms have Bluetooth alarm clocks and all bed linen and bathroom items are supplied.

the place is amazing. Heaps of cool things like a working cassette player, old books, lots of cool toys for the kids. Moreover, the house is setup completely for family with small kids(6,4 and 1 years old) had an amazing baby cot, a gate on the stairs, kid suitable cutlery and plates. we were welcomed by amazing views and an awesome breakfast and well staffed kitchen. You simply don’t have to do a thing but sit down, enjoy the scenic views of the bay, mountain peaks dark night sky and sounds of silence. The short tour in the farm was a great attraction for the kids. The hosts gave us some great advices as to where we should be going and what to do. We will be booking here again. This is a great booking for travailing families.

Everything! Beautiful location, very secluded, which was also desired on our part, as we wanted to relax here for 5 days / 4 nights before our return journey. The furnishings are very high quality, kitchen well equipped, TV with app function. The bathtub is amazing. Saw dolphins twice from the bed with the telescope (also available in the house). The terrace at the back is quite sheltered from the wind, I could even sunbathe at 16 degrees and I wasn't cold. A clear recommendation!
