Very close to my office. New and modern. Thoughtful touches like coffee and a percolator.
I had read comments about it being loud next to the bar / live music venue but that was no problem. They close at 9pm Sunday, are not open Mon/Tues and close at 10pm other nights.
Scoundrel next door was a great spot for coffee and dinner.

Apartment nice n fully carpeted. Enough heater to keep warm as outside super cold. Kitchen was well equipped. Washing machine also available but will be better with a washer cum dryer machine especially during cold and wet days. Home entertainment system was good.

The very warm welcome by the Barman/Owner who showed us our lovely room with the heater on. Very cosy and clean. The toilet and shower room over the hallway was extremely clean. Good dinner from the kitchen and sufficient cereal/fruit/toast etc for breakfast. Lovely views over harbour. Would use again.
