The couch was super comfortable to lay out on and read or spotify or you tube to your hearts content. The bed was super comfy to rest and sleep on and the quality of the linen was nice to sleep in. The breakfast options are world class. All delivered in gorgeous glass containers with descriptive hand written labels. The caravan was solid as and yet super airy with big glass areas to make it feel big. The section is superb with lots of lawn space to give you space!!

We loved our night at Beaconstone Eco stay. Really regret only booking the one night. Being city folk it was so nice to switch off and we enjoyed an evening of playing cards and listening to CDs. Lovely walks right out your front door. Gorgeous sunset. Loved it.

Great stop location for our road trip. Room was lovely, very clean, bed was super comfy. The separate kitchen facilities, were really good , not that you needed to use them with a great Tavern next door, that did really good food. The best we’d stayed in our trip. Fiona was very helpful re walks etc.,and went above and beyond when my husband left his wash bag behind! Very grateful. Definitely recommend if travelling up the west coast.

The lodge is small and cosy, not many people, and the very fun and friendly owners! Because there are not many guests, the shared kitchen is super tidy and has all neccessary things. The room itself had small kitchenette, so we were able to make ourselves breakfast. The view from the rooms is also great. And it's close to the Underworld Adventures - the must-do activity in Charleston, so we could wake up and just go and enjoy :)

The location is absolutely superb, set in a lush bush area about halfway between Westport and Charleston. In spite of being "off grid", the place does not scrimp on conveniences like a full kitchen and BBQ. The wood-burning stove was a nice touch during a chilly and rainy evening.
