St Leonards Vineyard Cottages is a beautiful property, located just on the edge of Blenheim, surrounded by vineyards and rolling hill vistas.
The cottages are private, stylish, cosy and comfortable, enclaved by colourful cottage gardens and beautiful bird song. A pot belly fire warms the soul as does a glass of premium Marlborough wine. The animals are a delight.
Sharon and Jason are lovely hosts, with great communication and by the end of our stay we felt like family. We highly recommend staying at St Leonards Cottages.

Despite the weather being cold and raining on our arrival we really enjoyed our stay here at the Colonial Motel. We were presented with a warm welcome by the friendly motel manager and also given the best spot upstairs with a little patio and fantastic views towards the stunning ranges from our bedroom window. We were given a good size little bottle of milk which you don't always get at some stays, the room was nice and spacious with great heating, good shower pressure, and all the basic essentials we needed which suited our two day stay. :-)

It felt like home! Simple decor but everything you needed. Well equiped kitchen and really nice to hear about the host’s story and reason behind the house. It was a little out of the CBD but easy to find and close to supermarkets & the wineries.
The host was so welcoming, the room was extra clean, it is well designed, very comfy bed, great kitchenette with all utensils needed, and lovely and warm when we arrived. There is a really lovely park to walk in about three minutes from the house.
The Hosts were very thoughtful and had the heater on before we arrived so the house was warm. They had also left a light on so we could easily see as we were arriving late at night. There were lots of thoughtful items left in kitchen for our use. The house was very clean. Sheets on bed high quality. Heated floor in bathroom a bonus.
Our Room 6 was quiet and away from the road. There was enough kitchen equipment to mean that self catering was fine including a stove top. The rest of the apartment was reasonable value for money for our 2 nights and located pretty close to the town centre.
Bed was very comfortable, loved the kitchen and big fridge, great for self catering. Laundry was handy.
Replaced our towels which wasn’t necessary but we appreciated it.

Huge suite with comfy lounge, dining area, kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful setting amongst the vineyards, you will need transport as there is no dining onsite and only a microwave for self-catering. Double-glazing blocked all road noise. Really good value for money. I can’t comment on the staff as I didn’t meet any! A really minor gripe - a coffee plunger is provided but no coffee. Vines Village cafe across the road does a decent brew though!
