The host, Joakim is beyond amazing and truly exceptional. From the check in, dropping by in less than 10 minutes to check on the heater after we called, helped us to book taxis as I had trouble registering the Norwegian taxi app, helped us to store our luggage after check out as we were out on the fjord tour, came back to help us with the luggage & he even helped to pick us from the airport due to the bad weather in Tromso. I can't thank Joakim enough. Aside to that, the accomodation was superbly clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful place to stay with family. My rating overall would be 11/10. Thank you Joakim.

The property was very clean and had great kitchen facilities. The central heating was also great making it very cosy! Loved the close location to the Sherpa stairs and only 20 minute walk to the main city. Due to being slightly away from the main city we had a great view of the northern lights from the forested area at the end of the road. The hosts provided great information on buses to the main city and airport, and were very quick to respond to any queries we had. Had an absolutely great stay!

Very nice, modern and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, close to the Arctic Cathedral and the gondola cable car up Storsteinen mountain. The apartment is extremely clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and a lot of effort has been put into details. We enjoyed our stay.
