The owner was very helpful and changed the dates for us, even though it was few hours before checking in. The apartment is very spacious (should be enough place for 4-5 people) and nice. Facilities are very good, powder and softener were available for the washing machine, there was tea/coffee/sugar in the cupboard, etc. It's definitely a great deal for the money.

Fantastic location on side of fjord. Very modern and comfortable interior. Lovely outside seating although we only used it one day due to the weather. Good area to explore. Arendal is only a few minutes away by car and has lots of shops and restaurants. We also used the historic passenger ferry which only takes 6 minutes and runs all day late into the evening but is a pleasant 30 minute walk from the boat house. The host, Arild met us on arrival to show us where to park and show us the property.
