The place was nice, a full house (you pay for the house, no matter people..) the location was very very limited in anything but nice if you want time alone of anything.

We went for reindeer’s experience : we cannot forget Johnny the Sami and his animals, who gave us an authentic and true discussion about Saamis way of live. Thank you for the encounter.
We took as well the Norwegian Diner, and Katja cooked us such a good diner. Salmon, artic fish and of course … the way you have to Skoll ! !

Perfect location if you like it a little bit remote. There's a shop and a café with very nice food 1.5 km, and you're close to all hiking spots on North Lyngen. The house is very clean, super well equipped and the hosts are very friendly and reply immediately if you have a question. Loved the terrace in particular and the querkyness. Really great stay

Where do I start? From the minute we were collected at the airport we were welcomed and made to feel at home. We had an evening flight arrival time and then a good drive to the ferry port which meant the local shop would have been closed but the host made sure the shop would open especially for us to get some good supplies for the self-catering house.
The property was warm and cosy on arrival, beds were made and super comfy.
It is situated on a quiet island with nothing around but local houses so I would be aware of that when you book. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle for a few days but If you aren’t visiting for skiing / hiking then Tromso is a free ferry away with eateries and pubs.
Self-catering accommodation gives you the freedom and privacy that’s needed to enjoy a well-earned break. From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
The experience was exceptional in every aspect. The place exceeded expectations with its abundance of space and a fully equipped kitchen. Despite the already efficient central heating, a charming fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere. Jan, our host, was outstanding, attending to every need with warmth and efficiency.

The house was almost perfect. It has everything you could ever need. All necessary supplies for the kitchen, bathroom and fireplace are supplied. It was perfectly clean. The view is fantastic - we even saw beautiful northern lights from the porch. Our hosts were very friendly. We were four people, but even six can be very comfortable.
If you want a quiet holiday in a beautiful landscape, this is the house for you.
