I stayed for seven days with my family. Our stay was exceptional. The owner is very, very nice, helping, and cooperative. Our checkout time was 19:00, he didn't charge any extra. He helped us to drop us near the river to get a boat. When we were coming back he paid for us to the taxi driver without my knowledge, when we arrived at the airport driver told us he had already paid for you.
About stay, there is a separate entrance for family. Outside is wide area and is green. Big kitchen with free coffee. Hot and cold drinking water is also a hot shower. If next I will visit kuching I would like to stay at this place. Also I would like to recommend you for safe and calmn stay.

Very cosy place ! Very close from the airport. The chinese food court just opposite the road was a real expérience 😀! Coffee shop, restaurants and supermarket just downstairs. Nice swimming pool as well.
