It's not for disabled people, but quite acceptable even for the elderly. There is a balcony. And all this is on the Second Floor. The best beach in Martinique is 10-15 minutes walk. There are shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped, excellent internet, and private parking is available. The owner is very nice.

spacious and comfortable place in the very center of the town, easy access to the beach, restaurants etc Cyrille is the best host, he was helpful on each step of our stay and even drove us to Le Marin after check out:)
