Breakfast was not offered. The location was lovely and we enjoyed all the neighborhood shops and the helpful neighbors. Shimomaruko was truly beautiful and we would love to go back.

Accommodation is located on the best strip of residential streets. It's a 5 minute walk from the train station. There are two Seven Eleven, one Lawson and one Family Mart on the same strip, one grocery store, a Mos Burger and 24/7 laundromat conveniently placed. There are also a few eateries, a Chinese restaurant located right outside the station for cheap hearty eats (cash only) but not to fret, ATMs at both Seven Elevens. Room we booked was for three. Quite cozy but big enough for all our luggage and bags. Beds are comfy, kitchen had everything you needed if you chose to cook in, washroom and bathroom amazingly clean. It is very quiet and everyone respects the rules. They have a guide book that translates how to use items in English which was very useful. Staff were so polite and helpful with any queries. There were also free umbrellas, adaptors and rubbish bags for use upon entry at check in. We stayed for 12 nights and it was the most comfortable stay away from the noise of busy hubs. Thank you to the team at Voga Corte, we can't wait to book again on our next trip!
