The owner is friendly and accommodating. Very kind and we feel welcomed, always checking if we are OK. He makes the effort to communicate in English. Very precise communication and the infopack given was compact. There is a washing machine in the toilet with detergent but no dryer--- it's OK. It has a fridge, not minibar. Location is amazingly convenient-- just 1 minute walk from the train station.
